Athabasca University's Academic Research Centre is featured in a special Wood Works! supplement appearing in Wood Design & Building's Winter 2012-13 issue. Check out the article, which describes the evolution of Westdek, a new and innovative textured roof deck system.

2013 is off to a great start, with Reimagine Interiors by Manasc Isaac, our newly-opened Calgary Office, attracting several media features. Following our grand opening party on December 4, the Calgary Herald wrote about the new space, taking notice of its reclaimed timbers, salvaged from an old British Columbia cannery.

At yesterday's Alberta Construction Magazine Top Projects 2012 awards ceremony, our Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) won awards in two categories: Institutional (Under $50 million) and the new category, Sustainability.

We're very excited to share that we will be designing a new building for Gilead Alberta (a subsidiary of Gilead Sciences, Inc.) in Edmonton's North East corner.
