which is designed to help portfolio-based property owners monitor the energy performance of existing buildings, with a view to reducing energy consumption by over 50%. By all accounts, savings of this magnitude are attainable. Significant variations have been identified, over the past two years, in the operational energy of buildings. Some well-designed buildings are performing well and others poorly.

Manasc Isaac's reimagine www.reimagine.ca initiative is integrating ideas of renovations of existing building with monitoring operations and energy and water use.
