| Integrated Engineering: | Engineering must meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Our in-house engineering team integrates energy modeling, electrical, lighting, natural ventilation and heating, high-performance building envelope and building science into our sustainable buildings. Sustainable Engineers understand the impact of their decisions on built and natural systems, and work in collaboration with Architects, Designers, building occupants and owners, to create healthy buildings that are simple and effective to operate. |

Our talented interior design group knows the secrets of integrating great daylighting, plants, interior lighting, carpets, furniture, paint and all the other interior elements into workplaces, learning environments and healthy spaces. This is, of course, supplemented by supurb design quality. |

| Sustainable | Sustainable urban design strives to envision ways of reconciling the demands of commerce and civic values while engaging and enhancing the natural environment. Manasc Isaac facilitates community consultation to align the vision for a particular neighbourhood, community, or part of the city. As cities are intimately intertwined with their natural environment, and the ability of that environment to support diversity, cities are always in tension. We look to engage that tension through sustainable urban design, enhancing people's health through the design of walkable, healthy cities and communities. |
