This project provides the needed facilities for the Alberta Conservation Association (ACA), Southern Alberta Division. It celebrates the southern grasslands where it is rooted and respect its urban location. The building’s offices, meeting, shop and tenant spaces is housed in a facility that clearly states the organization’s sustainable goals and is not shy about its intention to be recognized as such. The building is a template for further ACA offices in Alberta.

The construction and operation of the ACA office strives to attain LEED Platinum certification through an energy efficient-design, the use of healthy and appropriate materials and energy-efficient construction techniques.
