ATB Financial Ellerslie Branch

The client asked Manassc Isaac to design a bank branch that was modern and a clear break from past projects. The building must be simple, low maintenance, able to be built at a relatively quick pace yet still maintain traditional face-to-face customer relations.

A fresh take on interactive banking was achieved through a modern design involving open concept spaces with private conference rooms along the perimeter. An open 'banker’s blue' theme was assigned to the interior. Materials, including glass and metal, denote a sophisticated and airy space aimed to promote ATB product in a contemporary way. By taking advantage of the windows along outside walls, we provided environmentally friendly lighting and a pleasant working area.
