The goal of this Feasibility Study was to make this building the best that it can be, within economic parameters. Prominently located on the corner of Jasper Avenue and 99th street, the ATB Tower is visible from both the east and west along Jasper Avenue. Originally constructed in 1978-79, the building owners recently identified the need to upgrade the aging building, review its systems and performance, reduce operational costs and enhance occupant comfort.

Working within the economic parameters of the client, Manasc Isaac, in consultation with the client, established goals for the development and design of the ATB Tower. The goals set for the building reimagine initiative, include establishing LEED® certification, and updating the aesthetics of the building, making it more attractive within the marketplace.
