This old French Village design incorporates steep roofs, tall, narrow windows and rough textured materials into a new landmark building for the Town of Beaumont, a community with a strong Francophone history.

The building includes administration and council facilities in the first phase of a plan to locate major municipal services together near the centre of Town.

This project was designed to C2000 standards (minimum 50% energy savings per year when compared to a similar structure built to current best practices).
