While learning is the main focus of this community-oriented campus, the further development of the physical, cultural, intellectual, and emotional components of post-secondary education are also important. When Manasc Isaac was asked to develop a masterplan, it was necessary to bring all of these pieces into the future of the campus.
The functional and technical program requirements were identified through work with members of the Blue Quills College Board and through our Building a Vision Workshops. A major component of the study was to conduct a site analysis to locate comprehensive facilities for 1,000 students, including cafeteria, gymnasium, housing, and child care facilities. The existing residential school will be retained and its renovation forms part of the masterplan.
