The Clover Bar Control Centre is the administrative and interpretive centre for the Clover Bar Waste Management site. The building provides on-site offices for engineering and administration staff, serves as the marshalling point for site tours and is a venue for seminars and training. Together with the existing Scale House, this project presents a strong, clear image to the public of the importance of waste management to the people of Edmonton.

The landscaping has been developed to include outdoor activity areas. The curvilinear form of the building echoes the rolling terrain of the local landscape.
