5] High-performance building with efficient building envelope, to enhance energy efficiency and occupant comfort.

6] Underfloor air distribution on the second floor, to enhance flexibility and occupant comfort.

7] Energy Modeling demonstrates 47% less energy than a comparable building  design to meet the MNECB.
