The new Eastgate Environment Canada Office Building is a stunning structure to be constructed on 49th street between 93rd and 94th avenues in southeast Edmonton. It is a three-storey office building that will achieve LEED Gold certification, as it was designed around fundamental and sustainable design principles that take advantage of southern solar exposure and a green development site.

The new building design, provides approximately 7,239 square metres of usable office and commercial space. The architecturally unique building, designed by Manasc Isaac Architects, makes efficient use of space while still retaining a bold design. The Eastgate Office building aims to stand out in the context of a suburban office park by its bold form and massing on the street.

This project is a Design-Build project with Clark Builders.
