Groundbreaking sustainable buildings

Peigan RCMP Detachment

Brocket, AB, Canada

First Nations

Completed

March, 2009

The community desired a facility that would be as open and friendly as possible while including all of the technical details to meet RCMP requirements. The building was designed to make the multipurpose room, work areas and interview room directly accessible from the round entry/waiting room area. These public functions are deliberately separated from the secure areas.

Manasc Isaac was responsible for the overall development, project management and financing of this project. Our team developed cost plans, assisted in the arrangement of financing and worked with the RCMP and Indian and Northern Affairs Canada to coordinate document requirements. The overall budget, cost plan, cash flow projections and financing plans formed part of our planning tasks. The aggressive schedule required careful integration of design, technical and management issues.
