Manasc Isaac was retained to develop an integrated vision of the long-term development of the Rossdale site, including all of EPCOR’s facilities for the next 10 years. Integrated site drawings are part of the community presentation materials. This campus includes public and secure areas of the Water Treatment Plant, the historical Rossdale, and the Power Plant. Community consultation is based on the integrated site plan.

The plan implementation is on-going.
