Windhover Farm cultivates a hop yard that provides organic hop products to local markets, as well as an orchard. With a goal in mind to expand into the Apple Cider market and food production, Windhover Farm asked our design team to perform a feasibility study to explore opportunities to phase buildings that solidify the Farm’s long term goals.

Key to Windhover Farm’s vision is the creation of an “actionable experience,” which would allow visitors to the Farm to “do” and not just observe. Possible expansion of services on the site could include a multi-purpose building (for cider tastings, yoga, special events, workshops, ploughman’s lunch), a retail shop, an artist retreat, greenhouses and a residence.
