Manasc Isaac’s renovation of this 1960s Francophone school modernized and upgraded the facility, inside and out.

Showing its age, École Père Lacombe was in need of refreshment. The building's exterior as well as interior finishes and systems needed to be modernized, and its hard-to-find main entrance needed functional improvement.

Our design team gave the school a clear point of entry, and delivered a modern aesthetic that reflects the energetic nature of the school. A particularly successful design decision reclaimed an underutilized stage in the gymnasium, and converted the space into a quiet library and reading area.

Today, École Père Lacombe serves as a modern and vibrant educational facility for the Francophone community of Edmonton.
