Aurora Place will be a community hub located in Edmonton’s Prince Rupert neighbourhood. The community facility will be home to three separate organizations: the Alberta Thai Association, the Prince Rupert Community League, and the Terra Centre for Teen Parents.

Aurora Place will be a collaborative, sustainable, community-centered amenity that reflects the shared values and missions of the organizations inhabiting it.

A major element of the building's design is its multipurpose Community Hall. Sub-divided with moveable walls, three distinct spaces can be defined for community league functions, play spaces for the Terra Centre daycare and teaching spaces for the community. When needed, it can be opened up entirely, to become a space that can hold 200 people, accommodating myriad types of functions, from weddings to cultural events.
