Intuit Canada issued Manasc Isaac’s design team a steep challenge: deliver a 500-person call centre within seven months – with no site or program developed. We succeeded.

Befitting a perennial Globe And Mail “Best Place To Work” award winner such as Intuit, this highly complex and fast-tracked facility offers staff a wide range of amenities including a gymnasium, fitness room, staff lounge, cafeteria and a range of outdoor patio and balcony spaces.

Built-in features such as an access floor system and indirect lighting further enhance comfort for employees.

Despite its short timeline, the project resulted in a structure that boasts a 28% reduction in energy consumption over a typical building. Intuit Canada Headquarters stands as a hallmark of a healthy, energy-efficient working environment.

Ledcor eventually bought the building and has since made the structure their corporate home.
