This project transformed an existing post-secondary campus into an award-winning contemporary high school.

Located in Stony Plain, the school accommodates 1500 students and 100 staff from the surrounding region. Incorporating the existing buildings, the design team added a new gymnasium and a science wing.

As a LEED® Silver certified building, the school is a model of sustainability. The design team reused as much from the existing facilities as possible and even managed to source a lightly used set of industrial kitchen appliances from another project that Manasc Isaac was simultaneously working on.

Varied, healthy and inspiring, the bright spaces within the school create a positive learning environment for students. Memorial Composite High School remains a strong example of a healthy, functional and beautiful educational facility.
