Originally constructed as a Waste Management Centre in 1976, this building was transformed into Edmonton's first Eco Station in 1995. Serving as a comprehensive waste drop-off facility, the site is comprised of two main buildings and a kiosk. In 2016, the City of Edmonton engaged Manasc Isaac to renovate the building, and tweak the site to better accommodate its ever-growing traffic, improving the efficiency of the operation.

By improving traffic flow for the public, as well as enhancing staff spaces and operations for those working at the Station, this renovation helps to secure Edmonton a more sustainable future!
